Growing your sales with effective restaurant marketing strategies

As we enter the busiest season of the restaurant year, it is important to refresh your teams on the importance of these months and the impact it can have on your business for the following year. Spend some time on these topics and have a great holiday season.

The Guest Experience.  First impressions mean a lot to consumers. Is your restaurant inviting. Are they greeted by staff member sin a cheerful way? These steps are just the beginning of the Guest Experience. Your teams fill in the blanks as they move along the dining event.  Attentive service, offering suggestions, keeping the tables cleared are all part of keeping customers satisfied. Every member of your staff should be focused on the customer and keeping them happy. Nothing less than an exceptional review is the goal.

Creating Future Sales. If you have done the right steps during the Guest Experience, your customers will tell others about your restaurant. Social review sites are another outlet for them to express their experience. Make sure you take the time to read the reviews and respond.  Your serves can also create future sales by making your Restaurant customers aware of Gift Card offers as holiday presents to be used next year.
